College

College. Who really is ready for college? I dont think anybody is really ready for college, they may say they are but I dont think they really are. I only think they are ready for college when you figure out what you wanna do for the rest of your life which might take some time to figure it out. But once you do figure it out, do u know where your going? Its a good idea to start planning and looking early. After you figure out the college you would like to attend that has your intended major, you have to apply. Once you get accepted, you have to figure out how your going to get there? Do you have enough money to go there? Do you have a job? Is your parents going to help you pay for tuition? If you don't know, the best idea is fill out as many schloarships forms as you can. You can also apply for grants, and there are loans out there that you can get. So what im getting at is just make sure you think about all this stuff when you think you are ready to go to college. What do you think?

  1. Getting ready for college is very frustrating. Having to apply to the colleges and apply for scholarships and financial aid, too. Ugh. And I've already taken my ACT three times trying to get a decent score and that is frustrating as it is. I just hope that everything works out for you the way you want it to.

  2. It's so frustrating to get ready and apply for college. At the age of 17 and 18 you are faced with the decisions of what you want to do for the rest of your life. How scary!

I think the best thing to do is to list the type of school you want to attend and then list your interests to help pick a career field. It's important to stay focused and make sure that you are able to take loans and apply for scholarships and grants to help defray the costs of college. Stay focused. Stay strong. Never lose sight of what you want to achieve in the years to come!

  3. Hey just remember, these are the good old days for you. Stay focused on your goals and work on them everyday, but relax and enjoy it a little too.
